Clarington Library, Museums & Archives is dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for members of the community to share their thoughts and suggestions on how CLMA can continue to improve library and museum services. Results will be compared to our last bi-annual survey, held in August 2024.
As part of its 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, we are committed to being a space that is supportive, compassionate, and welcoming to all. Your feedback is essential in helping CLMA ensure that our spaces and services leave a lasting, positive impact.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey will be available from March 30 to April 30. You can access it online above, or in paper format at all CLMA locations.
