Explore your local heritage organizations with Clarington Library, Museums & Archives! See what Clarington and beyond has to offer and get a glimpse at upcoming heritage events. Drop in to meet with local vendors, see displays, and hear brief presentations.
The event is being held on Saturday, November 1, 1:30-3:30pm at the Bowmanville Library. The event is all ages, no registration required.

Be Featured at the Fair!
CLMA is looking for heritage organizations to promote their work at the Heritage Fair!
You can also choose to host a brief presentation during the Fair! Promote your organization, talk about upcoming events, or provide an overview of a current exhibit or project. Opportunities are limited, so apply today!

Details for Potential Vendors
- Presentations:
- The Heritage Fair has time allotted for brief presentations (5-15 minutes) for organizations if you wish to participate.
- Please note that talks will be informal (no presentation slide deck). The CLMA will provide a microphone and podium.
- This is a chance to advertise your organization, talk about upcoming events, or provide a short presentation on a current exhibit/project.
- Tables: The CLMA has a limited amount of furniture. We will be able to provide one (1) 6ft table and two (2) chairs per partner. If additional furniture is required, please reach out to staff in advance.
CLMA is unable to provide tablecloths. - Materials, Set-Up: Please provide your own table covering(s), banners, printed materials (business cards, brochures), signs, and acrylic holders. Partners are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own booths.
- Parking: CLMA has a loading zone located near the library entrance at 163 Church St. Please note cars cannot park in the loading zone. Parking is available on the street, and at three (3) surrounding Municipal parking lots.
- Access to power: Access to electrical outlets is limited. Power chords are a vendor responsibility.
- Food and drink: Food and beverages are not provided by the CLMA. Vendors are welcome to bring their own for personal use. A water fountain and bottle filling station are available on-site.
