Room & Equipment Booking
Maker’s Space Lab
- Equipment within the Maker’s Space Lab can be booked in 30 minutes, 1-, 2-, and 3- hour time slots. If the equipment does not have a booking, the equipment is available on a first come first serve basis.
- If a customer is booked for a certain time slot and would like to continue past their time slot and there is nobody booked in after, the customer may continue. If there is someone booked in, they must finish their booking in the allotted time and return later or another day to continue.
- The last booking for the day will end 30 minutes before the library closes for the evening, to allow time for clean-up and settlement of payment.
- Customers must complete a training video to use equipment and sign a waiver form.
Maker’s Space Studio

- An estimate of cost will be generated from the 3D printers prior to the commencement of the print job. The user must remain in the building for the duration of their print. If the user chooses to leave, staff are not responsible for monitoring the printing. Users are expected to retrieve their own projects from the printers at the end of their session.
- Customers will be asked to pay for their project at the end of their use of the space
